App Axis (“App Axis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes original wallpaper applications for Android and iOS. Our goal is to bring you high-quality, visually engaging wallpapers and allow our community of users to explore and enjoy them. In some cases, users may also be able to upload and share their own wallpaper creations if they comply with our Terms of Use. Because limited information is required to maintain accounts and app functionality, we’ve created this Privacy Policy to explain how your data is handled.

1. Information We Collect

User Provided Information:
When you sign in to App Axis using Google or Apple, you may provide a display name and an email address. This information is used to keep your account active, synchronize favorites, and associate your uploaded wallpapers with your profile.

User Generated Content (Uploads):
If the app allows you to upload wallpapers or photos, your submissions are reviewed for quality and compliance with our Terms of Use. Approved uploads become public and viewable to all App Axis users inside the Community section.

User Provided Information:

We obtain some information when you provide it to us. For instance, while signing in with Apple or Google, you may provide a name/username and an email address for account creation. This information is used to keep your account active and to store your preferences or progress within App Axis applications.

User Generated Content (Uploads):

Some of our apps may allow users to upload and share their own content, creations, and/or photos. This content is governed by our Terms of Use and moderated for quality and compliance. If your submission complies with our Terms and is approved, it may become visible to other users within the community features of our apps.

2. How Does App Axis Use Information?

User Provided Information:

After account creation, we use personally identifiable information to manage your account, provide customer support, and monitor compliance with our Terms of Use.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

Our apps may send crash reports or analytics data to help us improve app performance. We analyze this data (which does not identify you personally) to make App Axis apps better and more reliable over time.

3. Third Party Advertisers

We use third-party advertising companies (like Google AdMob) to serve ads within our applications. We DO NOT rent, sell, or share your personally identifiable information with anyone. It’s that simple.

We do not sell or share any data related to these activities with third parties.

6. Account or Data Deletion

End User Licence Agreement

WallVerse 4K: Live Wallpapers

Effective Date: 19 May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WallVerse 4K: Live Wallpapers (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User Licence Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AppAxisLab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and publisher of the App.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features, content, and wallpapers ("Premium Subscription"). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed within the App and on the applicable app store listing.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings or the respective app store.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Premium Subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you shall not permit any third party to:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Distribute, sublicence, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights therein to any third party.
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our servers.
Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to interact with the App.
Download, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any wallpapers, images, animations, or other content provided within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its design, graphics, wallpapers, animations, user interface, code, text, and all other content (collectively, "Content"), is owned by AppAxisLab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by AppAxisLab. No ownership interest is transferred to you under this Agreement.

Wallpapers and live wallpapers available through the App are licensed for personal, non-commercial use on your device only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit this Content outside the App.

6. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process certain data in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to analytics data, crash reports, advertising identifiers, and device information. Our collection and use of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These third-party services may collect information used to identify you, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements, including personalised advertisements based on your interests and activity. These advertisements are served by third-party ad networks and may use cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information for ad targeting purposes.

You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device's privacy settings. Please note that opting out does not remove advertisements; it only means that the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPAXISLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content available through the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPAXISLAB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppAxisLab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, your licence to use the App shall immediately cease, and you must uninstall and delete all copies of the App from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees previously paid.

The following sections shall survive termination of this Agreement: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide any updates, enhancements, or technical support for the App.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Agreement within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or content that are not owned or controlled by AppAxisLab. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AppAxisLab regarding the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the App.
